Baptism!

Piper has been officially baptized!!! We did it yesterday in church, she looked cute as ever in her white dress! She did cry the whole time which surprised me since she loves bath time!! My time on maternity leave is winding down so I decided now was a good time to get things updated with all the photos I've taken! So that means this post will be short on words but long a pics!! But first before I leave.. the girls developments this week! Libby is getting smarter and sassier everyday! Her new found love is jumping on the trampolines and slippery pants! If she could wear her slippery pants while jumping on the trampoline she would be in heaven!!! She's really big into matching things now and wants to know who everybody is when we go to town and what there doing(and yes she asks out loud so the person always hears her!) The other thing shes big on right now is letting me know grandma deb is a crazy driver(she was with grandma when she ran out of gas in her car!) So now when she sees a dead ladybug she tells me it ran out of gas! As for Piper her colic is better some evenings than others so I'm hopefully believing were almost done!! Shes smiling and cooing now ang weighs more then 11lbs now!!Her eyes are still blue but have a hint of brown.....so we will see(I'm thinkin they'll be brown) Well enough of that time for pictures!!!

Well I thought I would do a quick but important post today!! Piper decided to give me her 1st ever soooo cute and ADORABLE smiles this morning followed up with some super cute squeeze your heart muscles cooing!! It might be a small step but to me its huge!!! Your so proud when they show their becoming more and more human and it might also be such a big event for me because shes been colicky for 3 weeks now so weve been getting a lot of screaming...sleeping....screaming and so on. So for her to actually show me she is happy means a lot!!

Today is officially my 3rd moms day!!! So I'm thinking I'm goin to share a few things my girls do to make me smile.

When libby comes up to me and says hey mama you wanna see my sweet trick and when shes done I need to say yes thats pretty cool!

When Piper cackles like a squirral when she sleeps

When Libby tries to console piper by hugging her and saying awwww sweetheart!

When Pipers eyes get as big as saucers when libby's coming towards her!

Pipers now starting to coo and we get a few smiles now!

Libby's constantly telling me shes going to preschool next year and ride on the school bus next year!

At the end of the day my babies are growing up fast!! I love being a mom and I wouldnt trade it for the world(even tho my little one is colic in the evenings) I love my little girls! Happy moms Day!!!!
