I see its been awhile ...oops! I have always wanted to try and keep this up to date so when the girls turn 18 I can print it off and it will be my version of a scrap book..so I better do a little bit better! School is in full swing. The girls are loving it and doing really well. Libby is learning how to read and she cant seem to do it fast enough for her liking. She wants to read right now in the worst way! She has read a few night time stories to grandma bessie while shes been in the hospital recovering from triple bypass. I think this kills 3 birds with one stone. It makes me so proud and Im so happy she can make her great grandma smile. It makes her proud and excited and I know grandma thinks its pretty neat too! Her dance is going well shes in hip hop and traditional so you will always see her dancing daily to different things! She loves to play twister and games on her kindle. Her newest found love is legos! Other than the normal things shes doing really well and is growing up so much she is able to unload the dishwasher for me now and vacuum the livingroom! Shes a great help! As for the spunky monkey piper she is doing well in preschool. The principal hasnt called me yet.... however she has been warned on the bus for not staying in her seat, straddling her seat, barking like a dog and yelling....yes this is my 3 yr old! On positive notes she really enjoys projects she loves to paint. Im always getting her daily report card home saying shes a good helper and a leader and that she is. She is a natural leader. She plays babys 24/7 she loves to challenge you daily. Shes singing her abc's like a champ and she just did preschool screening like a champ! Her all time favorite job to do around the house is putting a new garbage bag in the trash can. She loves to tell knock knock jokes her favorite is knock knock whos there queen...queen who...Queen my dishes please! She will tell u this joke 10 times and laugh everytime! She loves to tell you to get over it and your ridiculous! Her and libby play really well together and fight really well together they have that true sister bond! As for the family news we are expecting another lil babe around the end of april. We are all excited, im hoping for may 1st..then my whole pack would be complete!! Ive been feeling pretty good just tired and have had to deal with some headaches. But today I have some energy back and it feels great! At the 11 week ultra sound babies heart rate was 178 and was kicking the whole time, I checked the girls HR and theirs was 150 and 151, so we will see! :)

Happy 1st Birthday Clara!! She has already had breakfast in her kennel...sausage and eggs and opened her presents! (Can't believe I'm celebrating the dogs birthday...what moms won't do for their kids!)

Pipers 1st day of preschool!

Preschool morning breakfast! Toaster strudles and ham for this crazy blonde haired little girl! She starts her 1st day and couldnt be more excited! When I asked her what she wanted to be when she grows up she says a mom! I love this little spunky fun girl! Preschool holy smokes!!!

Visit with Grandma Iris was a lot of fun this sunday! We played babysitter with Iris and the girls loved her up! A very nice sunday indeed!

missing grandpa

This afternoon one of my friends from work got married today..it was a beautiful ceremony. During the lighting of the unity candle I was hit with memories of Josh and my wedding when the couple went to hug their grandparents, I instantly teared up. I'm not really an emotional person, but I also have never really truly lost someone close like grandpa. I still remember how he smelled, how his voice sounded and most of all his smile. One of my most favorite days with him was celebrating our anniversary together at red lobster, it was our 1st and their 52nd. Grandpa and grandma both ordered pina coladas. .virgin of course and we had never ending shrimp! Grandpa drove us up to red lobster and josh drove us home because we all were afraid for our lives on the way up grandpa would go 30 to 90 in a 2mile stretch. None the less it was a day to remember. I mowed grandmas lawn the other day and the whole time I mowed I thought of him, I remember being 8/9 years old and riding bikes in their driveway while he mowed and grandma was at work. He comes into my mind often and today was just a little stronger than others, I do miss him soo much and it saddens me to see it in my grandma too. She tries to hide it but I see it in her eyes everytime I see her. I only hope Josh and I can grow old together like they did! He was a good man....heres to you grandpa love ya to the moon and back!

Summer is flying by soo fast! We are all getting ready for school to start. Libby has put everything she needs in her backpack for school...and loved the folders the most! Miss Piper will be starting preschool...can't believe she's going to be riding the bus with her big sister! This summer we've done a lot of fishing, swimming, campfires, libby learned how to ride her bike over the fourth of july with the help of my brother chris. She's also becoming quite the fourwheeler rider! As for piper she has become quite the story teller, she comes up with the craziest stuff and gets u actually believing it. For example she started a day off telling me she caught a bunny last night and it scratched her...I asked josh if they caught one, he said nope, well she cont to tell my mom, dad and kim and they all had to ask if it were true! She's such a funny full of spunk lil lady. She plays baby house
whenever she can, and she's still attached to her blankie so we will see how going to school with no naps and no blankie goes!....fingers crossed!

Memorial weekend fun! Girls had a blast, weather was awesome,they fished,played outside,rode four wheeler played "bears"..hide n go seek, had a water balloon fight,went for a walk and had campfires! It was a great weekend!

Today was a good day! Piper went over to see Bessie Grandma and go for a drive around walnut lake. She shared memories and we had good laughs and seen a lot neat scenery. Life is Good!
