Summer Fun!

We've managed to stay busy here at the Bell house! Over Memorial we went up north for the weekend, we had a blast weather was pretty good rained just on Friday! The girls LOVED it up there, they palyed outside the whole time, Libs went fishin, we went for walks, went to town and got ice cream, had grill outs everyday, had campfires did smores! It was the classic "up north get away"! We had a heat wave come thru the begining of this week, it got up to 100! The girls were able to play in the sprinkler, Pipers favorite part was riding on the gator under the sprinkler..she laughed the whole time, it was Pretty cute! Piper is getting to show more of her Braveness and Will power to do anything! The other day I was making cakes and I looked over into the diningroom after Piper had yelled at me with this confident look at me mama yell and the little stinker was on top of the diningroom table standing tall holding one of my candleabras! She's bound and determined to go downstairs by herself, she scales any and everything she can! She still thinks she's pretty funny, she acts silly and laughs at all her own little jokes! She's now into walking around the house trying to find someone and she puts her hands up in the air as if shes saying I dont know where they are! She's growing up way too fast!! As for Libs she's into the dramatic trying to see how far she can go stage...trying at times but we manage! She's sooo smart(I know I know every parent says there child is smart!) But I have to put it out there! Her letters are coming along great! She's always asking how to spell words, and I must say her coloring has came along ways too! She stays in the lines and picks out normal colors for certain things! She's working on riding her big girl bike now, and its improving daily! The girls are defiantly keeping us busy, Libby starts her second yr of swimming lessons next wk and she's pretty excited for them! So it's going to be crazy for the next wks to come with swimming lessons, I have to do a brthdaY cake, and were doing a BIG shingle job next wknd, then before you know it, the 4th of July will be here!!! I posted a pic of Pipers toes...1st time ever being painted..I was impressed I got her to hold still long enough and when they were done she was proud! The other picture of Piper is her getting busted opening and devouring hershey kisses before ma and dad could stop her! Well apparently I can't upload photos today so I will have to do those another day!!
