Weekend GetAway #2!(Memorial of course!)

So were home again! Unpacked again and caught up on laundry, yard work, garden and house is clean!! (That was all done today by the way!) We went up to Garrison for the long weekend we started it out leaving early from work on Thursday! It took us a little longer then normal to get up there due to road work and accidents! We had daycare hold out on the nap for Libby so she slept most of the way up which was nice!!! We got up there about 5 ish and opened the cabin up mowed the lawn, and got it ready for the couples to arrive! Libs thought this whole stayin up at Larry's was pretty cool! She was actually at a place that she could open and close the doors to get in and out with no HELP!! Pretty neat(unfortunately with this little perk came a lot of white socks turned into black socks!) We had beautiful weather up there the whole time 70's and I think it hit 80 on Sun! We did our share of garage saling fishing, sittin by the fire, eating! And lets not forget about Extreme Crouquet!! We had ok luck on the fishin end we were able to do a Fish Fry on Sunday for Lunch! Libby even got to go swimmin in Milacs! She had a blast I think We all heard enough of her most Famous in the moment phrase's right now: What ya Doin? And Whats That? That little girl amazes me everyday and makes me laugh, When we were sittin by the campfire she went and grabbed a piece of wood and started stummin it like a guitar and then she started singin for all of us! To say the least we all got more then one laugh out of her this weekend! But were back home now Ready for the week I Guess! I'm just glad summer is here!! Lake Time here we come!!!!!! Sorry no pictures this time I brought my camera up and batteries were dead so I bought some but they went for Libby's toy piano and microphone(Yes she entertained us with that too!!)

Were Home!

Been A Busy last couple of weeks!! But right now I'm sittin on the living room floor enjoyin Libbys naptime and a Clean House While Listenin to my Hubby Workin on the house!! To me that sounds Like a pretty good day!! So lets recap the last couple of weeks! Josh Has been Losing Quite a bit of weight so we decided to tak him in and foud out he is Diabetic! We will find out this comin week if hes type 1 or 2 I'm prayin for type 2! He has been makin slooooow progress on watchin what he eats! I guess thats all I can ask for since hes never had to do that before! Tiny steps! This last weekend we went campin, or freezin depending on how u want to look at it! We had a lot of Libby wore me out I think its 10 times more work to go campin with a little one especially Libs, who doesnt sit still run run run and more running! She thought the whole sleepin in a tent thing with Ma and Dad was pretty cool even tho we were freezing(josh and Me) we ended up puttin Libby in between us so she got all the blankets and she would end up crying and kickin the blankets off cuz she was too warm or prolly the huge mass of blankets was too heavy! Either way I'll just end the campin trip with instead of 2 nights we stayed one, When the weather Guy says a low of 35-39 LISTEN!!! Dont tell urself ah heck lets go camping!! So today its beautiful out I have clothes hangin on the line and windows open go figure!!! Libs funny little quote of the week (she was on the forklift watchin daddy up high workin) "DADDY Dont Fall ok or I will Cry!" Pretty sweet if I dont say so Myself! So Four more days and we will be Up North to Garrison Relaxin and Catchin Some Fish! I cant wait!!!

Libby's First Fish!!!

Its been busy crazy eventful and everything in between here at the bell house!! As I'm writing this Libby's running around with her Dora backpack on which is twice the size of her pushing her shopping cart into everything she can! FYI if you see her pushing a cart in the grocery store stay behind her! She loves the heels! So I spose I'll back up a little since I havent blogged in ahwile! Last week we decided to plant a mini forest at our house we plantd about 300 trees! Wasnt very organized but their all in the ground and hopefully not dead!(thanks Barb and Kim for all your help!!) After we were done planting trees we decided to go up north to garrison for a mini getaway since it was forcasted to rain all weekend here so 5 of us went up and it was a blast! Saturday was beautiful 60 and sunny we sat by the campfire all day with the exception to leaving for a little shoppin in brainerd and to support the local Indian Tribe(which we did well!!! I think another highlight of that day was helping the boys chop a tree down old style with just an ax! We all took turns and eventually conquered the task! Pretty sweet but I think in the future chain saws are a way better and easier approach! I ended up getting the flu on sunday carried over to Monday, NO FUN!! This weekend Friday we seen the new xmen movie! Super cool LOVED it go youll love it!! Then Sat and Sun we shingled! I'm sooo tired and sore I'm sun burned and very grateful that I have today and tomorrow off to recover! But now to explain the title for todays post! We went bullhead fishing on freeborn lake and Libby got to use her own fishin pole for the first time ever! She was playin aroun tellin everyone I'm Fishin and I got one I got one she was reelin in and none of us really thought she had one! To my surprise she had a Bullhead on! I gotta say I might've been a little more proud of this accomplishment then when she first started walking!(okay maybe not that much but still, all by herself no help at all that huge!! Profishin offers here we come!! Other than that not much else goin on Libby still cracks me up on a daily bases the other day I was tryin to get her to tell me what shoes she wanted to wear while she was yelling down the stairs to get Lucy she Looked at me and says mama not right now I'm talking to Lucy ok!!! (Jeez wonder if shes heard that before!!
