Merry Christmas!!!

Well the event we waited for planned for such a long time has came and gone!! Libs I must say had a great christmas she loved Santa she sat on his lap and wasnt even scared!! She became a unwrapping expert in a matter of minutes!! It looked like toys r us blew up in our house but I have everything put back in order today we even took the christmas tree down! So our house went from warm christmassy to UGH!!! Kind of depressing! Libs has had a great morning playing with all her new toys she plays kitchen, babies, Elmo cars and she colors paper!! My poor deprived child!! Next up New Years!!

Let it Snow Let it Snow!

Today you can officially call me and Josh crazy!! We decided to go out snowmobiling today we thought the wind wasnt going to come until tonight but man were we wrong!! It started out great we gave Libs some rides around the house and she loves it!!! She wanted more!! So then Kim and Aaron came over and watched her while Josh and I took off for manchester the ride was pretty good it was snowing but you could see and the snow is that great powder the most fun to ride in! So we made it to manchester met mark and decided to go to Hartland all was good took a break at the U and got warmed up then off to Matts (joshs boss to give him joshs hours ) all was good till we left there we got a mile out of hartland and the wind ws blowing super hard and you couldnt see a thing so we contemplated on continuin on but we did we made it to Freeborn had some lunch and we got brave and went to armstrong...BIG mistake!!! You couldnt see anything the wind was Super Hard so we road on the highway most of the time! I decided to go for the ditch cuz josh was already in the field I hammered on it and little to my surprise there was a field ditch it launched me pretty far and when I hit the ground I couldnt hang on so I flew threw the air and landed pretty hard, I guess hard enough to knock me out for a few seconds because Mark came over and knocked on my helmet to see if I was ok my shoulder is a little sore but all in all its good!! So we continued on to Coreys made it and we then went to Albert Lea from there it was home Josh Burried his sled my throttle got froze on so I had to kill the sled and get the ice off FUN stuff! So were home very sore and very TIRED!!! Libs has had a great week shes working more on her colors and shes getting the alphabet down more and more! She says Santa is coming tomorrow and is really excited so we cant wait Shes gonna love it! Have a good week and merry christmas!!

Daddy Spoils his little Girl!

So I normally dont blog mid week but Libs and I were home early today, wrapped some presents made supper and it was about 5:45 and Josh still wasnt home yet so me and Libby decided to eat. 6:00 Josh gets home and I here Amy come here, so I kinda wondered what he wanted but sort of knew what he was upto since he had talked about this item before! Yup to my surprise he bought Libby a Castle Racing Coat(Just like his only pink!) His eyes lit up when he showed it to me so of course we let Libby try it on we took pics, yes I think its cute but is it worth what he paid....I dunno it is cute and he is proud of it so I spose we will keep it! After all what Dad doesnt want to spoil his little girl!!!

BUSY WEEK!!!

So its 9:30pm and were finally home! It's been a crazy hectic week my ma had surgery so me and Kim have been over there the last couple of days getting the house ready for christmas! In the other free time I've been cooking soup cleaning my house and takng care of Libby!! BUSY thats for sure!! My poor Libs has been sick for awhile she just isnt able to kick it she started with an ear infection then it when to a cold now she is coughing all the time and not able to sleep real well and a few times she coughs so hard she throws up, today after her nap she was yelling for me to come and get her when I got to her room she goes mom I didnt puke!! So hopefully shell get better quick!! Even tho shes sick shes getting really excited for christmas she gets the whole concept of santa and presents she knows santa goes ho ho ho and she LOVES christmas music!! She dances and sings to them her specialty is Jingle Bells!! Shes getting a sense of humor more and more everyday I love it I love how she comes up with little jokes and she thinks there so funny our little girl is growin up!! Tis the Season!

Cookie Day at the Bell house!!! We had an absolute fun day today but boy are we tired now as I am writing this Libs is laying on my lap watchin tv (that never happpens) We baked prolly 15-20 dozen cookies today!! Gym here I come!! Libby was a great helper she was in charge of sprinkle and rollin cookies in sugar and while we waited for the cookies to be done in the oven we jammed out to christmas music dancing all over the house Libs loved it!! Josh came home and ate prolly ten cookies said he felt sick but had to have one more!! Thats the way it always goes isnt it! Well were off to Owatonna now to get Libs some shoes and eat at Timberlodge cant wait everyone have a safe week!!

The Holidays are Here!!

Were stuffed on turkey,ham,potatoes,stuffing and pumpkin pie,mmmm but I've had enough afterall weve only had 4 Thanksgivings!!! Fun but tiring thats for sure! Libs has been a great sport getting dragged from place to place waking up to a whole bunch of people she dont really know!! Libs this week even went black friday shopping with us and I must say I was pretty proud of her no fit or tantrums she did of course pick up the bad trick uncle aaron taught her hiding in between the clothes racks, fun stuff!! It was cute tho you would yell Libby where are you and she wouldnt respond but if you would yell Libby are you hiding she would say Ya!! So that did make it easier to find her! Shes talking more and more she now can say a little bit more of the alphabet it was ab now I know um and now its ab hij now I know um, so better!! She can now count pretty good to she can count 1234 and 9,10,11,12 so were almost to a full set in fact it was kinda funny I was trying to get her to come over to me to put a diaper on her and she kept running from me so I decided to pull out the old I'm gonna count to 3 bit(like she knows) but I told her If I get to 3 your gonna get a spanking if she didnt come to me so I started 1..2..and she responds to me 4!!! I guess that solved it all just skip 3 and nothin ever happens why didnt I think of that a long time ago!!!!

Happy Birthday Josh!!!!

Happy Birthday Josh hes officially 2 years away from the big 30!!! Were plannin on going out for supper for his birthday with friends tonite to celebrate so that should be good!! As for the week goes weve had quite a week Libby I guess unwillingly decided to be a human teether and got bit yet again (this is number 7) but this time it was in the face left a pretty good mark so we had a couple meetings with daycare hopefully were done with the alligaters encounters!!! Libbys developement amazes me everyday she sings songs on her own tells me shes funny and really fast what a good combo!! Shes going potty on the potty chair more and more and shes able to take off her jammies al by herself(sometimes not a good trait) Her new thing she likes this week is the kids songs there cheap dvds I bought for a dollar a while back and she loves them she dances and sings! Isaac and Zoey would be proud she officially knows who sponge bob is and likes to watch one or two of his shows she refers to him as bob! I still would have to say sesame street tops her choices! Otherwise all of us are good Josh has officially finished my new awesome closet under the stairs he even painted and all the shelves are up one more thing to be checked off on our long list!!! WOHOO!!! Have a great week!

Colds Have Hit the Bell House!

Libs has had a cold now for about two weeks slowly getting worse and it hit me last night so lots of fun!!! As for Libs this week her new developments or interest I would say is getting to know her colors she can Identify purple and green so thats good shes talkin more and more and more!! She really loves her grandma bessie and iris she says their names really well and her other phrase is I really fast as she runs back and forth from the kitchen to the living room and she wont go unless you acknowledge your watching if you dont shell stand there and scream mama watch mama watch dadda watch dadda watch and wont move until you say your watching and actually have your eyes on her!!! My Hubby is alive!

So here at the bell house we started the month of november with a bang!Ha Ha Josh has a pionidal cyst very painful had to have it lanced it was super infected and now were on day 5 of packing it gettin old but we gotta do it hes n pain hoping it will go away soon! Libby loves to watch me pack it she gets her stool so she can see it better makes me proud who knows maybe we hve a dr on our hands sounds like a great retirement plan to me!!! Her latest thing she loves to do is play kitchen or pick out all the toys in a catalog and say I want it! We found out she LOVES homemade chicken soup since she drinks the last drop strait from the bowl!! I included some pics of lib in her new dress from g&g soost they got it from wall drug Thanks!

Halloween!!

Bottom line for halloween we had a blast!!! Libby made the cutest bunny!! She got lots of candy and wanted more! We made our loop of visits 2:45 Iris 3:00 Barbs 3:45 Laceys house 4:15 the inlaws then back home to get ready for the adults to go out and be to my mom and dads by 7:15 WHEW!!! We made it and had a blast!! The wizard of oz theme went over well a couple strangers wanted our picture! We didnt win the contest but that was lame anyway! All in all the boys were great sports to dress up and nick thanks for looking pretty in your tights!!!

Gettng Ready for Halloween!!

This week I would say Halloween has been at the top of our list weve had libby ready with her costume for awhile but it was recently decided that Josh and I and Friends would get dressed up and go out as well,yes Josh did agree to this so we decided to all go as the wizard of oz so im Dorthy josh is scarecrow and my sister is glenda and aaron is the tinman so the rest of our friends our completing the group so im really excited but need costumes so were renting most of them but grandma soost made my dress which was a lot of fun I never thought I would be asking my grandma at 26 years old to make me a dress but we had a great time doin it!!! Libbys achievements this week she now knows what a turkey says and does it pretty cute her new phrase when we got to the store is I want it! Today I had her cousins over for our annual cookie making everyone did a great job Libby decided she wanted to eat her cookies rather then put sprinkles but thats ok!!! Another Week!

Well another week has gone by nothin too excitin goin on at the bell house I guess Josh has finished sheet rockin under the stairs and has taped it so thats huge! Libs is continuin to be miss personality she can count to 10 pretty well she now says and agrees shes one b4 she always said she was 2, this week she has really taken to coloring and stickers all we hear is I color paper or I want stickers! We found out very quickly crayons have to stay in the kitchen she took a white crayon and colored on my new dark brown couch shes colored on the floor and on her books and her puzzles and some clothes who would of tought crayons would be a nightmare!!! We hope everyone has a great week and color some paper!!

Pumpkin Patch!!

Another week has gone by were still pegging away on our house josh has got more trim up hes started sheet rockin under the steps and he has promised me that the siding will be done by mid November(a compromse)!!! Today we took Libs to the pumpkin patch she had a blast she wanted more and more pumpkins!! Last night we ate at Famous Daves and we found out libs loves ribs and corn on the cob she ate a Ton!!! Other then that not to much is new paintballlin tommorow should be fun I hope! Kim says shes gonna try it so we will see how that goes New Development things for Libby she Loves to color she sits at her little table and will color for 30 min on her own pretty cool! Libbys growin up!

Well another week has went by and libby seems like she 19 mos goin on 4yrs!! On Monday when I got home from volleyball I was sittin on the couch with my socks off and libby came over to me crouched down and looked at my feet and goes eew nasty!!! Josh started laughing right away I was wondering what was so gross well turns out I had a blister on my toe!! Either way it was cute, she can count to four she puts two and three together twoee! But it works! She loves sesame street she can name all the characters she can identify all her body parts when asked shes starting potty training (just an intrest but still!) and her most recent find that shes crazy about Combines! Everyday I'm amazed at the things she learns and says or does she just can bring a smile to your heart without even trying, shes truly one of a kind and were truly blessed to have her!!! Other then libby making us laugh not much new at the bell house I guess this week I got to see Ty Pennington do some filming on a bus for his show I got a extreme makeover t shirt and lastnight Me, Barb and Kelley got our picture taken with Eduardo a designer on the show so a little excitement in hick town!!! Till I update again have a good week and enjoy all the little moments!

First time Blogging/Grandpa is 90!!

Well Todays is my first Day Blogging we will se how it goes!!! Today is my grandpa Soost 90th Birthday!!! Pretty cool accomplishment and I must say He did a pretty good job blowing out his birthday candles(9 my grandma thought 90 was a little to extreme and the cake would maybe melt) Other then that Libby is kinda crabby today she has a cold with an ear infection but the little trooper still finds ways to make ya laugh! We tried church again today weve taken about 3 months off (Bad I know) but we always had to leave early cuz libby couldnt sit still and was loud well Not much has changed I came prepared(so I thought) She managed to eat a whole package of fruit snacks and about 100 Goldfish before the sermon was over granted we did lose a few goldfish when she decided to fling the bag away and yell no MINE!! Brought books that lasted 10 minutes She thought playing Peek A Boo with the little girl Brenna behind us was more fun, and yes She yelled Peek A BOO, Then she decided she needed to talk to Great Grandma Bell so She yelled for her as well I bet 5-6 times she also managed to show the older lady next to us her mouthful of goldfish, the lady was impressed!! All in All we tried we stayed through offering and high tailed it out of there before the service was over DEFEATED!!! So thats the exciting day at the Bell House WAY TO GO GRANDPA SOOST!!!!
